We had a good time overall! The grounds were super pretty and perfect for a work trip. The breakfast was a bit chaotic, and we had to sit with strangers on big round tables. my pint of beer was poured poorly, and my colleague found a dead wasp by the window. Needs attention.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a large comfy bed that ensured a restful sleep and a well-equipped bathroom featuring a great over-bath shower, along with friendly and helpful staff in a beautiful building that offered a relaxing atmosphere.

My room in the annex was decent but a bit of a hike from the main building, which felt a little inconvenient. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I encountered issues with housekeeping. my room had a musty smell, which wasn't very pleasant. Dinner was enjoyable, but the portion sizes left me wanting more. Breakfast had a good selection, but the quality was inconsistent. The lack of air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable during warm nights.

The venue is beautiful and the staff were courteous and attentive, especially during the wedding planning. the bar service was slow and dining could be improved with more vegetarian options. a pleasant experience with lovely ambiance.

We had a lovely family reunion in the beautiful surroundings of the manor. The kids particularly enjoyed exploring the vast grounds and playing games. The lodge was perfect for us to come together and relax after visiting nearby attractions, especially Buckland Park Lake just down the road.

In my wife’s opinion, the lodge could use a swimming pool for the kids to enjoy during the day.
